“Hello Slayer.” Spike sighed as he took up his customary place next to Buffy‘s grave. “Bit told me something interesting today, pet. Said she had a dream about you. Told me that in it you were happy. Lifted a weight from her shoulders.”
“I‘m glad you came to her. Niblet was blamin’ herself for your death.” Spike sighed, his tears already starting their familiar path down pale cheeks.
Turning he ran gentle fingers over the words carved into her gravestone. “Know I don’t deserve it…you making’ a special trip down here just to comfort me…but…Bloody hell I miss you Buffy.”
